	Position: C Date of Birth: 07/11/1990 Height: 5' 10" Weight: 180 lbs College Experience: Kansas State University Bats: S Throws: R Resides: Hudson, WI Biography: Chase joins the Pump Jacks after a freshman year at Kansas State University, where hit .359 with one home run and 14 RBI in 64 at-bats. He also showed some wheels, stealing three bases in three attempts and scoring 15 runs. Chase prepped at Hudson High School in Hudson, Wisconsin and was a three-sport letterwinner. He lettered four times in baseball, earning team MVP his final three years as well as Defensive MVP twice. He is still lauded for his defensive ability. Chase was all-district and all-state his sophomore through senior years as well as All-Big Rivers Conference all four years of high school. In addition to baseball, Chase lettered four times in football and twice in basketball at Hudson. He was an honors student and won the Athletic Scholar Award.
