Biography:

Aaron, a native of Royse City, just completed a breakout second season at UT-Tyler. As a freshman for the Patriots in 2009, Aaron played sparingly, hitting .263 in 15 games. In 2010 he started all 48 games and hit .375, hitting two balls out of the park and knocking in 31 runners. Aaron hit 12 doubles and scored 49 times and showed a good eye at the plate, walking 23 times against only 15 strikeouts. He also got in the way of 10 pitches, third on the team, and stole nine bases in 11 attempts. That performance earned him the honor of Honorable Mention All-American Southwest Conference Eastern Division.

Prior to UT-Tyler, Aaron went to Dallas Christian High School, where he was a three-time all-district player and was named first-team all-state both his junior and senior years. In baseball his team won the state championship in 2007, and as a star wide receiver Aaron helped lead the Chargers to the state championship game his senior year.
